Top Ten Tuesday was created by The Broke and the Bookish in June of 2010 and was moved to That Artsy Reader Girl in January of 2018. It was born of a love of lists, a love of books, and a desire to bring bookish friends together.
Today’s prompt: Bookish Wishes (List the top 10 books you’d love to own and include a link to your wishlist so that people can grant your wish. Make sure you link your wishlist to your mailing address [here’s how to do it on Amazon] or include the email address associated with your ereader in the list description so people know how to get the book to you. After you post, jump around the Linky and grant a wish or two if you’d like. Please don’t feel obligated to send anything to anyone!)
Hello! It has been a while, and I hope you all are doing well. We have been doing the same things over and over, haha, but thankfully, we are doing fine. Today I had to do 5 loads of laundry, I swear, these dirty clothes come out of nowhere! Is it just me??
Anyway, today’s prompt is very interesting, and I really debated whether I should participate. For the simple reason that I don’t feel comfortable with the idea of receiving anything for free from anyone. However, I love being active in our bookish community and giving back, which is a great way of spreading kindness and love in a world that really could use a little bit of both. This said, I will leave my Kindle email below, but please feel absolutely no obligation to send me anything!

My top ten most wanted books in no particular order:
- Adversary to the Villain by Hannah Nicole Maehrer: This is one of my most anticipated books of this year. It will be released in August, and I cannot wait to continue the story!
- A Midnight Pastry Shop Called Hwawoldang by Lee Onhwa: I love reading Korean and Japanese literature and when I saw this one I knew I’d enjoy it.
- Finding Hope: Stories for Easter by Nicola Baker: Middle-grade books remain my go-to comfort reads, though it’s been quite some time since I last picked one up.
- The Children of Green Knowe Collection by Lucy M. Boston
- The Midnight Fox by Betsy Byars
- My Brilliant Life by Ae-ran Kim
- I Went to See My Father by Kyung-Sook Shin
- The Princess Bride by William Goldman
- Echoes of the Past by Ahsley Packard
- This Book Made Me Think of You by Libby Page
Let me know if you have read any of these books or if you are interested in any of them. I am wishing you all a great week ahead, happy reading, and I can‘t wait to read your posts and grant a wish!
