I feel very conflicted about this one…
Maybe two or three poems only got to me, the rest as much as I wanted to enjoy, and like, simply felt like I was spoken to in a language that I recognized but did not know how to speak or understand. It felt distant, cold, and somewhat scientific almost as if I were trying to decypher the handwriting of a doctor…
Yes, definitely struggled with this book, maybe I am just not as sophisticated and obtuse to get into it I dont know, hope you enjoy it more!
