A few days ago, I saw Emma @Pages of Emma do this tag, and I could not resist partaking because I love me some bookish tag! The tag was originally created by The Bookworm Dreamer.
The Rules
- Link back to the original creator of the book tag: The Bookworm Dreamer
- Start off by telling us your favourite season and why it is/isn’t summer!
- Tag five friends to take part (if you want)
- Enjoy!
What season do I like best and why isn’t it summer?
I hateeee summer! Even though this is my birth season, I love autumn and winter the most. However, I must confess that when you are a parent, summer is your best friend… if you know, you know! 😀 Additionally, I do like spring, but I have hay fever, soo it is an automatic no for me, even though I love the nature during this season.
Don’t Stop! — A book you couldn’t stop reading

For this one I am going with Evergreen Academy by Heather Schneider! This one was such a delight to read.
You’re a Cheetah — A book you read in just ONE DAY
The Unselected Journals of Emma M. Lion Vol.1 by Beth Brower
This book is only 107 pages long, and I read it in just one day! So glad I did! If I recall correctly, it took me 6/7 hours to read it all. Counting all the interruptions from my toddler 😀

Couldn’t Let Go — A book you could* re-read straight away

Anne of Green Gables by L.M Montgomery
I just love the setting, the era, the characters! I need to continue this series!!! Honestly I have no excuse why I am not reading the other books….
Calm It Down — A book that got your heart racing
Oh, definitely Beartown by Fredrik Backman fits perfectly in here!

Second Best — A sequel you read faster than the first

Apprentice to the Villain by Hanna Nicole Maehrer
I know I keep mentioning the same book over and over, but hear me out these books are great, and I won’t shut up about it!! (It is totally fine if you did not like them, I am not judging you O.o…)
Books on Fire! — A series you read straight through
The Unselected Journals of Emma M. Lion Vol.2 by Beth Brower
I am obsessed with these books now, and I can’t help but to devour them as quickly as possible!

Midnight Madness — A book that kept you up late

The Name of the Rose by Umberto Eco
This one was a difficult pick, however, this book kept me up late not because I was reading it, but because I was thinking of the story and what was happening. I was so involved in the story, and I highly recommend this classic mystery if you have not read it yet!
