WWW Wednesday, a weekly meme hosted by Sam @Taking On A World of Words, where we gather and answer the following questions:
What are you currently reading?
What did you read last?
What will you read next?

Happy Wednesday! Here, the weather is once again awful, and snowfall is expected. Tonight the temperature is expected to drop as low as -3°C (26.6°F). We managed to go out for a walk to the shop and back, the wind was freezing, but she enjoyed the walk without a pram for the first time!

WHAT ARE YOU CURRENTLY READING?

WHAT DID YOU READ LAST?

  1. Accomplice to the Villain by Hannah Nicole Maehrer: and with this one, I have read all 3 books of this series, and I am waiting for the next one to come out this August! I canno’t wait to see what happens next, so happy I read these books!
  2. That Time I Got Drunk And Saved a Human Kimberly Lemming: I accidentally read the 3rd book instead of the 2nd one, but it is alright haha

This is all I read this week, because the Villain series was so engrossing and took more time to finish, but I loved every bit of it.

WHAT WILL YOU READ NEXT?

Hmmm, I might read the 2nd book in Mead Mishaps and complete the trilogy. Also, I am feeling in the mood to read some of the series I wanted to complete this year. Or any other book I never got around to hahaha I don’t know, will have to see what I am in the mood for, but definitely will have a palate cleanser with some graphic novel.

Happy reading!

    1. Thank you, Emma! I hope you enjoyed the ones you read and the next one too. I am looking forward to March for the buddy read 🙂 (I am probably telling you this for the umpteenth time :D)

  3. Cute picture. My youngest has had a taste of freedom. It is a nightmare now as he loves it 😂 we keep getting threatened with snow but so far it’s just been rain. It has turned colder the last couple of days though. Not quite minus numbers but low.

I want to read the villain series and have That Time I Got Drunk And Saved A Demon on my TBR shelves!

    Have a great week!

    1. Thank youuu! Hahah I can’t let her go without the reigns she would just bolt, and there are so many cars around. Not risking it, besides, I’m old! I can’t run as fast she does hahaha

Here only rain, but freezing rain, that turns into snow. But since it is wet everywhere, it doesn’t stick.

OMG if you do get to read those books, let me know! The villain series is so fun als the mead mishaps are funny but there is a lot of explicit scenes for my liking.

You tooo have a great one ❤

      1. As soon as they sense freedom – gone. Same with the traffic. Even if I wasn’t the grand old age of 35 (36 this year) I can’t be running.

Just rain here. It did hail the other day, but nothing happens beyond that.

I would like to. Probs won’t get to them this year though realistically 🙄

        Thank you. You too ♥️

      2. Exactly 😀 She did try to blot today but I had her phew. Oh, so you are a year my senior, then I am turning 35 this year, I can’t be running either! Nope, my bones are already cracking every morning 😀

At least here it stopped raining, and it has been nice for the last couple of days. I hope it stays that way so we can spend more time. outside. Otherwise, she goes crazy at home and I am a ball of nerves because she is like a wild animal. LOL

Whenever you have got the time, at least they will be there waiting for you.

      3. Haha the panic! So you understand the old age 😂

Actually it’s not been bad here. We haven’t had much to do with it though as my oldest has had a sickness bug. I say had, he still has it. It’s a nasty one.

It is scary. I just let them do it and tidy up afterwards…

        Yeah

        ❤️

  4. What a great picture, I remember my grandkids wanted out of the stroller. As long as they stayed with me, I was good, but the youngest was a runner. I hope you enjoy whatever you pick up next, Lin.

    1. Thank you, Carla! I can’t let her go on her own, she bolts out of nowhere, hence the reigns 😀 Haha I can imagine them running around and wanting to explore everything 🙂

Hope you have a wonderful weekend ❤

  5. Jumping from the other series without following the sequence is still good as long as the book is a stand-alone. I did that, too.🤭 Sounds like interesting books. Hugs to the little walking one.

    1. Hahah it just happened! Good thing I could follow the story without any issues though 🙂 It definitely is funny, and the writing is captivating; the only thing is that there are a lot of explicit scenes, which are not to my liking. Thank you, she is stuck home these days due to the rain and cold weather 🙂

  6. Walking without the pram is so special. We’re a reigns household as well otherwise our little one would bolt but she’s very good at waiting to have them put on now!

    1. Yes! Same here, she just blots out of nowhere, and I am too old to run after her. 😀 She enjoys them, she wants me to put them on, they are made as a backpack with fairy wings and she loves them 🙂

  7. Kimberly Lemming’s books are so fun. I still need to finish the Villain series but I did enjoy the first book a lot. At this point I’ll probably have to re-read it before continuing the series though, haha. Hope you enjoy whatever book you pick up next!
