Happy Wednesday! How is your week going so far? We are still stuck inside, and the weather is still cold, but other than that, everything is alright.
What are you currently reading?
- The Spellshop by Sarah Beth Durst: I am 40% in, and although I love the story, I am not very keen on the FMC, but I will withhold judgment for now and see how it goes.
- Violet Thistlewaite Is Not a Villain Anymore by Emily Krempholtz: I am reading this one as a pick-up book for a book club I am part of this year. Very excited about it and curious to see if it will be as good as its cover 🙂
What did you read last?
- The Tea Dragon Society Trilogy by K. O’Neill: review is coming out and I just love these graphic novels
- Loving Romeo (Magnolia Falls Series) by Laura Pavlov: This is one of the series I want to read this year as part of my romance era. It was an alright read, review is coming for it as well.
- Séance Tea Party by Reimena Yee: another graphic novel, I love reading them in between novels as a palate cleanser. This was a miss for me.
What will you read next?
I’m not sure yet. I had to pause the previous two books I was reading because my mood shifted, and I wasn’t enjoying them anymore. As a mood reader, this is something I’ve learned to accept. I’ll return to them when I feel ready, but for now, I’ll leave this blank and see how I feel and what I’m up for when I am done with my current reads.
