Happy Sunday to you bookish people! Today is time for yet another The Sunday Post meme hosted by Kimberly at Caffeinated Reviewer, where you can find more about if you’d like to partake.

Happy Sunday, all! Another week has gone by, and some people (us) are still down with the flu but slightly getting better.

THE WEEK:

My little one decided to partake in the creation of this post, so I’m holding her in one arm and writing with the other. I literally look like this, but one-handed:

We haven’t been out and about due to us not being very well and also due to the weather. But thanks to that, I finally managed to repot my house plants, and I’m happy to show you my mini rose, now flowered.

There is spring cleaning lined up, which involves a lotttt! I’ve no idea when that will happen. I guess I’ll do everything bit by bit whenever Her Highness allows me to, haha. She is hopefully going to fall asleep soon, so I can make myself that cuppa coffee, finish this post and start reading!

THE BOOKS:

New additions to my Kindle collection:

I always follow Kindle Daily Deals, if you are not aware of it and you like me enjoy ebooks, please subscribe to this newsletter it will save you a fortune, and you will discover new authors and titles thanks to it. The price range can be anywhere from £0.99 (that’s roughly $1.28) to half-prices, boxset deals, sales on new titles by tot%, etc. This way, I managed to get First-Time Caller by B.K. Borison and other new books at only £0.99 and some for half the regular price at the time of the purchase. So keep an eye you will be in for a surprise, and your bank account will be grateful to you.

Currently reading/Reading Challenges/March reads up until now (courtesy of Uncover app):

I still have tons of ARCs and books from authors who have reached out (for which I am ever so grateful and touched), so my schedule for this and next month is at full capacity! I’m not complaining I actually kind of missed this, so very excited to read these books, and I can’t wait to tell you about them.

How about you? How’s your week been and what are you currently reading?

  4. Aw I’m sorry to hear you’re down with the flu, I’m currently under the weather too, some sort of bug!:( haha getting the kiddos started with blogging early 😜

That’s a gorgeous mini rose! I really need to get into Natalie Haynes, she has so many amazing sounding books! & I keep seeing that Labyrinth in my building’s Free Little Library and I’ve been debating snagging it.

As for my currently reading, buddy reading Goliath by Scott Westerfeld with some friends and also an ARC of Cello’s Gate by Maurice Africh which is coming out soon and I need to read faster!

    1. Thank you! Oh, I hope it’s nothing serious! Haha, yes, she’s like a sponge. She has to see everything. i won’t be surprised if she is better than me at some point, lool

I didn’t expect the rose to flower it was a gift, but she was wilting, so I somehow managed to reverse the damage 😅 don’t ask. I still think it was magic!

Natalie’s book has been sitting for ages on my TBR, so when I saw it for £0.99 on Kindle amazon, I bought it right away. Same as the Labyrinth kept hearing only good things about! Snagg, ittttt!

Oh nice, I hope you enjoy your current reads!

        Thanks so much 🙂
