He packs his paintbrushes and sets off for the Magic Mountains, ready to capture nature’s beauty on canvas. But a few days later a wild storm rolls in out of nowhere! Even stranger?
Tom’s paintings seem to be controlling the weather…
Soon, the forest is in trouble—a mysterious fire breaks out, and one of the magical paintings disappears. With the help of his clever friends Rudolf the squirrel and curious Michael the titmouse, Tom must uncover the truth behind the powerful paintings and save their home —and nature!

THE REVIEW:
I really like the illustrations and the colours of this one! Wish I could show them to my little one, but I don’t want to give her screen time just yet.
At this point, I think anything with woodland animals is a must for me personally, haha. I bought so many children’s books, baby clothes and toys of woodland animals that it is becoming an obsession! And this book was no exception, as soon as I saw it, I knew I had to read it.
This is a cute story about a hedgehog who paints four landscapes during the different seasons, and when a storm comes in and a bolt of lightning hits one of the paintings, and now every time the hedgehog puts a painting on his wall the season will change in real life too, depending on what the weather is on the painting on the wall!
I really liked the environmental message and how the author tries to convey this message in a way that a child might be able to understand in a fun and magical way.
