DFN for me, but the 78% read it was a 1.5 star for me…

Now, this was something… but not a good something in fact it was so bad I had to DNF it.

I did appreciate the representation of an albino character, something that I have not yet encountered in other books, but my token of appreciation ends here.

It was emotionless, whilst reading through the first 20 or so chapters, it gave me nothing but cringe most of the time. It felt flat, the characters were lacking depth, and the writing wasn’t great. As for the dialogue, it was kind of robotic and could not get through. I did try, but it was not the cute friends-to-lovers book that I did expect it to be…
