This was a surprise that I did not expect. I thought it would be more of a textbook about octopuses. However, this was more. It reads like a textbook, but it is engaging and very, very interesting with curious facts about our universe and the ocean, and of course, our main character is the octopus!! I don’t know about you, but I am fascinated by them. And mind you, I am afraid of deep waters and sea animals, hahah, but for some reason, octopi just love them.
Let me tell you, I love these creatures. They are so fascinating and mysterious. We still don’t know so many things about them and the ocean as a whole. Most of it is still unexplored and awaits its secrets to be unravelled.
A while ago, I watched a documentary called My Octopus Teacher on Netflix. I highly recommend the TV show and this book. If you love science and ponder about the universe and ocean facts, this would definitely be your jam!
It is written for children, but adults can enjoy it too!!
