Well well,  I am more than glad to say that 90% of these books were a 5 star read for me and I had a blast with them!

This was the first book I read by Celeste Ng and

Ok enough with the gifs I promised to moderate myself now.

But seriously, I did not know what to expect from this book. I dived into it LITERALLY AND FIGURATIVELY BLIND  (no wait i think i mean only figuratively speaking… ), and totally did not see any of this coming my way. It was like an avalanche and it nearly killed me. No worries I am fine though, thank you for worrying 🙂

I don’t want to spoil anything I will just tell you it deals with heavy-mother-child-relationship-topics. It made me question my own choices what would have I done if I was put in such a situation and I did not like the feeling, trust me you would not like it either… It is amazingly written, engrossing and family oriented.

Loved it gave it 5 out of 5 stars

Ahhh John Green you did it again… You put me on the surgery table with no anaesthesia, cut my chest open and ripped out my heart like it is nothing. Then you put it back in and stitched me up, left me lying there painful but alive…

Yep this is the closest description I could use to show you guys, what his books do to me.

I don’t want to add anything else other than that if you suffer from OCD or anxiety you should read it! Of course if these are triggering topics to you, by all means please do not read it then.

Another 5 star reading!

I will just use the same review I posted on my GD for this one:

It was an OK book, that I enjoyed reading.

Unfortunately it did not make me care about the characters and the story as much as I wish it would have, however I loved Shay he was an awesome character. The diversity and the artsy parts were very much appreciated as well as the family dynamics and remedy afterwards.

Overall it was a quick, light read with the happy ending you would expect.

Gave it 3 stars

Where to begin… I FREAKING LOVED IT OK?!

It was so addictive that I could not put it down IT WAS ADDICTIVE AND I CRAVED IT I LUSTED IT (if that’s even a phrase lol)

I am not a big fan of romance, chick lit books, but this was different, this was spicy and tasty and sometimes too cringey, but I did not care cuz it was sooo good. The best way I can tell you is imagine you have the most delicious dish in front of you, you love it is your favourite and everybody else knows that. You start drooling and start eating like you have never eaten before… does that make any sense? o.o oh well

Great hate-love story, funny characters, light and just fun yep delicious.

5 stars

Mmm this one was like a tea with way too much sugar in it. But nonetheless I still pretty much enjoyed it.

Yeah, apparently I am in some weird romancy period now what can I say….

Probably that’s the reason why…

Anywhooo I liked the whole idea of the bookish clumsy girl and the hot cute author and their relationship development. It was fun and quick read ^^

4 out of 5 stars

  • Pink Mist

My heart aches, my eyes cannot stop pouring rain and I just cannot tell you how much this book touched me.

It deals with very heavy topics such as grief, war service it just aghhh

  1. Some of these I have heard of and others I haven’t. I haven’t read any of them! Little Fires Everywhere is a book I have been seeing in a lot more places and everyone seems to love! I especially love when character relationships are done well or discussed. So that has me intrigued. I also am thinking about reading Turtles All the Way Down. I have read 2 John Green books and not enjoyed any of them but people say this is his best book and so well written! Great reviews x

    My recent post: http://oliviascatastrophe.com/2018/02/5-mini-movie-reviews/

    1. You should give Little fires everywhere and Turtles all the way down a try!! And if you do I would thrilled to hear your thoughts about them!! So whenever you read them just let me know :))

As for the characters relationships you will have that in Little fires perfectly represented as we follow two different families each person with its distinguished voice it could be someone you know. It was amazing really I cannot stop gush about it XD
